What is the warranty for your structures?
All structures come with a 1-year workmanship warranty, a 20-year limited rust-through warranty on our 12-gauge and 14-gauge frames, and a 20-year paint warranty on all color-coated panels. We stand behind our quality—because your building should last a lifetime.
Does the price include shipping & installation?
Yes—delivery and installation are included in the price for most locations within our service area. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or custom requests, but we’ll always confirm everything upfront.
How are your structures anchored to the ground or concrete?
We offer multiple anchoring options based on your site:

How long does it take to install a building?
Most standard buildings are installed in 1 to 3 days, depending on size, complexity, and site readiness. Larger or custom configurations may take longer. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline once your order is finalized.
Can I upgrade to thicker panels or extra bracing?
Absolutely. We offer 12-gauge frame upgrades, extra truss bracing, and reinforced roof or side panels for added durability—especially important in areas with high wind or snow loads.
Do you offer additional sizing and configurations?
Yes—every building is made to order. We offer a wide range of widths, lengths, and heights, along with add-ons like lean-tos, partitions, garage doors, and windows. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen.
Can my building be expanded or modified later?
In many cases, yes. If you’re planning to expand in the future, let us know upfront so we can design the building accordingly. We also offer modular options that make upgrades easier down the road.
